This is a very popular and successful starter, light and healthy and not too filling!
This idea came to me when trying to think of something fresh, healthy and
pretty to look at as well as a delicious combination of different tastes.
Mostly imaginative assembly apart from dividing segments of grapefruits
without the pith!
